Competências e habilidades interpessoais no contexto da audiência trabalhista: um estudo das relações humanas desenvolvidas nas audiências de conciliação das varas do trabalho de São Luís - Maranhão

A pesquisa discute o tema da conciliação em duas perspectivas: relações interpessoais na sala de audiência de conciliação e competências e habilidades interpessoais necessárias à prestação jurisdicional. O objetivo final consiste em descrever competências e habilidades interpessoais assumidas e manifestas pelo agente conciliador, nos casos bem sucedidos e, em contraste, o que se manifesta como uma falta nos processos cujo resultado foi nulo. O referencial teórico desenvolvido embasou a discussão do foco central do estudo a partir das raízes históricas da Justiça do Trabalho, de princípios do processo, do papel agente conciliador, incluindo características dos sujeitos e do contrato da relação trabalhista. A expectativa de que o conhecimento de alguns mecanismos alternativos de resolução de conflitos, procurando por possíveis sugestões de melhorias na produtividade das audiências conciliatórias nas Varas do Trabalho, em São Luís do Maranhão, orientou a pesquisa de campo. A metodologia compreendeu pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. A sistematização das concepções de competência e habilidade, discutidas segundo pontos de vista dos diferentes autores, geraram uma base teórica coerente com a análise qualitativa dos dados obtidos. Os resultados da pesquisa de campo atestam a presença dos conceitos analisados. A importância de uma postura ativa do juiz, sua acessibilidade, paciência e empatia, no sentido de transmitir segurança e confiança, emergiram na observação de audiências de conciliação, sugerindo aliar à competência jurídica, conhecimentos sociológicos, históricos e econômicos, envolvidos na solução de um conflito. Essa posição foi corroborada por juízes durante entrevistas. As considerações finais sugerem que mais pesquisas poderão explorar aspectos apenas citados nesta dissertação como o envolvimento do pessoal do tribunal, estrutura física, fatores temporais na conciliação, levantando novas questões e apontando soluções para a melhoria da prestação jurisdicional, favorecendo a Justiça do Trabalho gozar de justo prestígio junto à sociedade que se beneficiará com mais eficiência.

This monograph has as objective to study the human relations and the Public Relations in the contemporary time in witch the new technologies of the information got closer to the various existent cultures, but who make of the informative society of the global era, the expansion of the capital and of the culture of the more value. Man kind is backing away from the human relations, because the social interactions in the global world are done by objects such as the television, the internet and the telephone in witch cases the subjectivity and the human contact are traded for the informative quantity, because man kind doesn’t have anymore time to think, reflect and to exchange information. Man kind isolates itself and fills it’s subjective emptiness with the products offered by the neoliberal capitalism. The public relations in the organizations seek the human values created from a complex network of social interactions in all the heterogeneous of the organization. The main purpose of this study is to show how internal communication can be allied to people management in the process of transformation of the organizations. It is known that the advent of new technologies and the information age, consequences of globalization, are provoking deep transformations in organizations and reaching people too. This way there is the human and the social issue that goes beyond the race for profit. Amizade e a virtualização das relações humanas na sociedade contemporânea: reflexões a partir de Zygmunt Bauman

This article analyzes the human bonds in the context of contemporary society from the work of the polish sociologist Zygmunt Bauman. Taking as starting point the bond of friendship and relational virtualization process motivated by the development of new technologies, it was observed the occurrence in the present world an affective-relational impoverishment. As an alternative to this, it is argued the exercise of building and maintenance of dense bonds that provide an alternative to the bind model of momentary satisfaction, this time marks. Finally, it is indicated that the discussion of friendship necessarily imply on the problematization of contemporary ethics which will provide the foundation for building a new affective political.

Anum não canta em gaiola: estudo sobre as relações entre educação em arte-cultura e privação de liberdade

Este estudo buscou compreender traços da trajetória histórica e filiações teóricas na construção da Fundação CASA, logo, no significado da privação de liberdade em medidas socioeducativas. A partir disto, refletimos sobre o modo como as práticas educacionais artístico-culturais, aparecem enquanto elementos desestabilizadores da ordem, confrontando e sendo confrontadas pela lógica persecutória, comportamentalista e punitiva, inerentes ao ambiente carcerário. Neste contexto, a pesquisa investigou a tensa relação entre o canto do anum e as gaiolas, ou seja, a educação em arte-cultura e a privação de liberdade. Para tanto, realizamos um estudo bibliográfico que colocou em diálogo: documentos institucionais como o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - ECA, o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo - SINASE e Regimento Interno da Fundação CASA; com produções teóricas que permitiram a reflexão e auxiliou na compreensão da complexidade destas relações como, Loïc Wacquant, Michel Foucault e Roberto da Silva, sobre o sistema carcerário; Stuart Hall, Frantz Fanon e Muniz Sodré, sobre identidade cultural e cultura negra; Paulo Freire e Boaventura de Souza Santos sobre educação, e por fim, nossas memórias enquanto arte-educador que, há mais de dez anos, atua diretamente com adolescentes em diversas unidades desta instituição. Enfim, buscamos responder a inquietação central deste trabalho: Como se dão os movimentos de captura e esquiva entre arte-cultura e privação de liberdade? As relações humanas como suporte para um ambiente criativo

Elaborado no âmbito da Prática de Ensino Supervisionada do Mestrado em Ensino de Artes Visuais no 3º ciclo do Ensino Básico e no Ensino Secundário, o presente relatório pretende dar a conhecer os aspectos inerentes à prática desenvolvida no ano lectivo de 2011 / 2012 nas Escolas EB 2,3/S Cunha Rivara e Secundária Rainha Santa Isabel. O relatório integra um tema aprofundado: “As relações humanas como suporte para um ambiente criativo” e compreende cinco partes: Preparação científica, Pedagógica e Didáctica; Planificação, Condução de Aulas e Avaliação de Aprendizagens; Análise da Prática de Ensino; Participação na Escola e Desenvolvimento Profissional. Possui ainda dez apêndices finais com informação citada e evidências significativas das actividades desenvolvidas na escola. ABSTRACT: This Report was prepared to achieve de Master Degree on Teaching of the Visual Arts in the 3rd Cycle of Basic and Secondary Education, and it is focused in the teaching practice developed in BS 2,3/S Cunha Rivara and Secondary Rainha Santa Isabel Schools, during the academic year 2011/2012. A amizade em crianças da educação infantil es relações interpessais estabelecidas no ambiente escolar

The research aims to propose a study of the central concepts of friendship among children of kindergarten and how such conceptions influence the interpersonal relationships within the school. We intend to observe the friendly relations between the kindergarten children, to examine how teachers of early childhood education business with the friendly relations between children and their conflicts and to propose alternatives to work with the theme friendship in the garden childhood, aiming at the socio-moral development of children. To do so, as the main theoretical basis the studies of Jean Piaget (1932/1994) on the development of moral reasoning in children. The methodology is based on Piaget's clinical method, which aims to understand how the subject thinks, analyze and resolve certain situations, presented as short stories. We hope that by doing so, we contribute to the debate on the educational work aimed at building the moral autonomy of the children, especially in kindergarten
